Production machine operator • Kiyawa, Jigawa State

Immediate opening: we are hiring a production machine operator in Kiyawa, Jigawa State. You will be based in a textile mill. Day-to-day duties: • Top up coolant, lubricant and hydraulic oil levels • Measure parts with vernier calliper, micrometer and go/no-go gauges • Set up and start the machine as per the job card • Carry out daily clean-down and 5S of the work station • Key in cycle parameters such as speed, feed rate and temperature • Follow lockout-tagout before cleaning or clearing the machine Ideal candidate: • Comfortable using vernier, micrometer and gauges • Knowledge of lockout-tagout and machine safety • Able to stand for long hours on the shop floor 2+ years on the tools preferred. Pay around ₦450,000 per project, based on your experience. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
