What we are looking for: • A keen eye for scorch, shine and uneven creases • Able to keep pace with line speed and piece targets • Sound knowledge of fabric types and correct heat settings Day-to-day duties: • Sort bundles by fabric, shade and order number • Clean and descale the iron soleplate and steam vents • Keep the boiler topped up and hold steady steam pressure • Hang or fold pressed garments and pass them to packing • Spray water or starch to set sharp creases on trousers and shirts At least 4 year(s) in a similar role.
