Acoustic insulation fitter wanted in Rawlins County

We are recruiting: we are hiring an acoustic insulation fitter in Rawlins County, Kansas. Day-to-day duties: • Lag hot and cold water pipes with rockwool sections and aluminium cladding • Install fire-stopping and fire-rated insulation around penetrations • Work to drawings, hitting the specified U-values and insulation thickness • Carry out flood and water tests on waterproofed areas to check for leaks • Spray polyurethane foam onto walls and roof decks to the specified thickness • Seal gaps around windows, doors and service penetrations with sealant What we are looking for: • Disciplined about PPE — respirator, gloves and goggles • Good knowledge of rockwool, XPS, EPS and PU foam • Working-at-height certificate an advantage Pay around $240 per day, based on your experience. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Part-time with flexible hours. Walk-in interviews this week.
