Immediate opening: uPVC window fabricator (Maine)

Immediate opening: we are hiring an uPVC window fabricator in Franklin County, Maine. You will work at a glazing and fabrication factory. The role involves: • Cut uPVC profiles to size on a double-mitre saw at 45 degrees • Fuse-weld frame and sash corners on the welding machine and check the weld seam • Install finished windows and doors, pack and anchor-fix them, then foam and silicone the perimeter • Fit fly screens, sills and trickle vents Ideal candidate: • Driving licence for measure-up and site-fitting visits • Accurate measuring and squaring to within a couple of millimetres • Confident on the double-mitre saw, welder and corner-cleaning machine Full-time with occasional weekends.
