Now hiring: we are hiring a pressman in Ukanafun, Akwa Ibom State. The job is in a busy laundry. Day to day you will remove creases, wrinkles and packing folds with a steam iron; set the iron temperature to suit cotton, silk, wool and synthetic fabrics; meet the daily piece target without damaging garments; fuse interlinings and fusible tape on the fusing press. Ideal candidate: • Comfortable standing long shifts in a hot, humid environment • A keen eye for scorch, shine and uneven creases 5+ years on the tools preferred. Rotating shifts.
