Powder coating line operator • DeKalb County, Tennessee

Vacancy available: we are hiring a powder coating line operator in DeKalb County, Tennessee. You will sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper; pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks; mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape; apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun; inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches; keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well. Requirements: • Comfortable working in a masked, ventilated booth • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes Full-time with occasional weekends. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Walk-in interviews this week.
