Vacancy available: kitchenhand (New York)

We are recruiting: we are hiring a kitchenhand in Franklin County, New York. You will work in a catering unit. Day-to-day duties: • Clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift • Top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures • Scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading • Mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks • Sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature Requirements: • Punctual, reliable and hard-working • Careful handling of cleaning chemicals and degreasers • Comfortable lifting heavy pots, pans and stock crates 1+ years on the tools preferred. Meals and transport allowance provided. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
