Foundry labourer wanted in Union County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a foundry labourer in Union County, South Dakota. The role involves: • Skim slag and dross off the melt before tapping and pouring • Fettle and grind castings to remove flash and rough edges • Prepare green-sand moulds and ram the sand into the moulding boxes • Tap the furnace and transfer the metal to the ladle • Make and bake sand cores for the internal cavities You should have: • Able to read simple casting drawings and job cards • Experience working in a ferrous or non-ferrous foundry • Knowledge of green-sand and resin-bonded moulding 5+ years on the tools preferred.
