Lift installation engineer wanted in Webster County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a lift installation engineer in Webster County, Mississippi. The job is in a residential tower block. You will respond to entrapment call-outs and release trapped passengers; test buffers, final limit switches and the emergency brake; replace worn sheaves, rollers, contactors and relays; mount and align landing doors, sills and car door operators; set and test the overspeed governor and safety gear. Requirements: • Good head for heights for pit and car-top work • Willing to join the on-call/emergency breakdown rota • Working knowledge of EN 81 / IS 14665 lift safety standards At least 3 year(s) in a similar role.
