Short order cook • Churchill County, Nevada

We are recruiting: we are hiring a short order cook in Churchill County, Nevada. You will be based in a hotel kitchen. Day to day you will manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs; prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch; marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases; check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down. What we are looking for: • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards At least 3 year(s) in a similar role.
