Dish pit attendant — Fauquier County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a dish pit attendant in Fauquier County, Virginia. You will top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures; clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls; scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies; restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar. You should have: • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff At least 1 year(s) in a similar role.
