Now hiring: we are hiring a pipe TIG welder in Scott County, Tennessee. You will set the argon flow on the flowmeter and check the hose for leaks; keep the arc length and travel speed consistent; feed filler rod by hand while holding a steady weld pool; strike the arc with high-frequency start and control heat with the foot pedal. Ideal candidate: • Steady hand and good hand-eye coordination • Able to TIG weld stainless steel and aluminium to a neat standard • Can read fabrication drawings and welding symbols Part-time with flexible hours.
