We are recruiting: we are hiring a pastry baker in Ida County, Iowa. What we are looking for: • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens • Basic cake decorating and piping skills On a typical shift you will keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards; rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials; laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter; proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them; boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing; load and unload the deck oven with a peel. At least 2 year(s) in a similar role. Full-time with occasional weekends. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Contact us to fix an interview.
