Immediate opening: goods-in/goods-out operative (England)

Immediate opening: we are hiring a goods-in/goods-out operative in Borough of Bury, England. Day to day you will report damaged or short-dated goods to the supervisor; assemble customer orders for dispatch and stage them at the loading bay; segregate returns and process them back into stock; weigh and measure parcels for courier collection; load and unload lorries and containers by hand or with a pallet truck. What we are looking for: • Previous warehouse or stores experience • Able to stand and walk for long shifts on your feet • Strong attention to detail to avoid mis-picks 5+ years on the tools preferred. £16 per hour, negotiable for the right hands.
