Now hiring: pipe TIG welder (Nebraska)

Great opportunity: we are hiring a pipe TIG welder in Logan County, Nebraska. You will be based in a sheet-metal fabrication unit. You will run butt, fillet, lap and corner joints to spec; weld thin stainless steel sheet without burning through; strike the arc with high-frequency start and control heat with the foot pedal; keep the arc length and travel speed consistent. You should have: • 2+ years' hands-on experience with argon/TIG welding • ITI or trade certificate in welding an advantage • Sound knowledge of argon gas settings and tungsten selection We offer $30 per hour plus benefits. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
