Dough maker wanted in Atoka County

Join our team: we are hiring a dough maker in Atoka County, Oklahoma. You will work at an in-store supermarket bakery. You should have: • Basic cake decorating and piping skills • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving On the job you will handle: • Score the top of loaves before baking • Weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe • Roll out short-crust and biscuit dough • Check finished products for colour, crumb and weight 1+ years on the tools preferred. Full-time with occasional weekends. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Walk-in interviews this week.
