We are recruiting: we are hiring a steward in Mendocino County, California. You will be based at a banquet hall. On a typical shift you will sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature; scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading; load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles; empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard; scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies. What we are looking for: • Able to stand on your feet for long shifts • Careful handling of cleaning chemicals and degreasers • Keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards At least 3 year(s) in a similar role.
