Requirements: • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen Your main tasks: • Weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe • Boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing • Knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer • Check finished products for colour, crumb and weight • Proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them 6+ years on the tools preferred.
