Great opportunity: kitchen steward (Rivers State)

Join our team: we are hiring a kitchen steward in Akuku Toru, Rivers State. You will work at a fast-food outlet. Ideal candidate: • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure • Willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts You will scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies; top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures; load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles; keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service; sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations. Rotating shifts. Meals and transport allowance provided. Walk-in interviews this week.
