What we are looking for: • Good knowledge of the menu, ingredients and beverages • Basic food hygiene and FSSAI awareness • Familiarity with POS billing and order-taking systems You will handle guest complaints and escalate to the captain or manager; coordinate order timing with the kitchen and the bar; raise the bill on the POS and settle cash and card payments; lay table covers with cutlery, napkins, glassware and crockery; polish glasses, cutlery and crockery during mise en place. ₦195,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
