Now hiring: we are hiring a back-of-house cleaner in Bay County, Florida. Day-to-day duties: • Wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils • Sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations • Sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature • Keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service • Top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures • Mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks Requirements: • Able to stand on your feet for long shifts • Keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards • Careful handling of cleaning chemicals and degreasers 2+ years on the tools preferred. Rotating shifts. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. We offer $5,100 per month plus benefits. Walk-in interviews this week.
