Great opportunity: we are hiring a fabrication workshop technician in Lincoln County, Arkansas. Ideal candidate: • Able to work to deadlines in a busy workshop • An eye for finish — no scratches, clean welds, flush beads Your main tasks: • Read the cutting list and optimisation sheet and label each profile • Drill drainage and pressure-equalisation slots in the outer frame • Cut and weld mullions and transoms into the frame • Fit EPDM gaskets and brush-pile weather seals along the rails • Glaze the double-glazed units, set the packers and bed the glass square • Take site measurements of openings before fabrication Pay around $4,700 per month, based on your experience.
