Great opportunity: vertical transportation technician (Kentucky)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a vertical transportation technician in McCracken County, Kentucky. The role involves wire up the controller, encoder and limit switches; service the traction motor, brake and gearbox; respond to entrapment call-outs and release trapped passengers; install guide rails, brackets and counterweight frames in the hoistway. Ideal candidate: • Good head for heights for pit and car-top work • Ability to read electrical and wiring schematics Six days a week, one day off. We offer $190 per day plus benefits.
