We are recruiting: we are hiring a chef de partie in Sanga, Kaduna State. Requirements: • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards You will prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch; knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha; check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO; cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations; plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service.
