Immediate opening: we are hiring a domestic gas engineer in Nance County, Nebraska. The job is on commercial and industrial sites. You should have: • Comfortable working at heights and in confined spaces • Own hand tools and pipe wrenches • Physically fit for lifting pipe, meters and cylinders On the job you will handle: • Run polyethylene (PE) service pipe and electrofusion-weld the joints • Check every joint for leaks with soapy water and leak-detection spray • Set and adjust regulator outlet pressure with a gauge • Carry out tightness (pressure) tests with a manometer and lock off the supply • Thread, ream and join black iron pipe with pipe wrenches and thread sealant Rotating shifts. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Walk-in interviews this week.
