Urgent requirement: we are hiring a chef de partie in Saint Joseph County, Indiana. Your main tasks: • Check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down • Chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat • Check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO • Marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases • Knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha Ideal candidate: • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough. $4,700 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
