Join our team: we are hiring a back-of-house cleaner in Modoc County, California. You will work at a busy restaurant kitchen. Ideal candidate: • Able to stand on your feet for long shifts • Keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards • Willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts On a typical shift you will scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading; load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles; help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room; restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar; scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies. 4+ years on the tools preferred.
