Immediate opening: we are hiring a gas appliance installer in Martin County, Indiana. What we are looking for: • Able to read isometric and site drawings • Own hand tools and pipe wrenches • Physically fit for lifting pipe, meters and cylinders The role involves purge air from the lines and commission appliances to the correct gas rate; install gas meters, regulators and isolation valves; connect combi boilers, water heaters and gas cookers to the supply; complete gas safety certificates and label the finished installation; lay and route steel and copper gas pipe runs to the appliance points; set and adjust regulator outlet pressure with a gauge. Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough. Part-time with flexible hours. Contact us to fix an interview.
