We are recruiting: we are hiring an assembly operator in Custer County, Montana. The job is at an automotive parts factory. The role involves tighten fasteners to the specified torque using a power screwdriver or torque wrench; keep pace with the takt time and pass the unit to the next station; fit and bolt components onto the chassis as it moves along the conveyor; pick the correct parts from the kit bins and feed them to the line. You should have: • Good hand-eye coordination and steady fingers for small parts • Basic understanding of quality checks and 5S Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough.
