Stainless steel welder wanted in Caldwell Parish

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a stainless steel welder in Caldwell Parish, Louisiana. The job is on an industrial construction site. Day to day you will run root passes and fill passes on pipe joints; weld stainless steel, aluminium and mild steel in thin gauges; clean the base metal with a stainless brush and acetone before welding; inspect welds for porosity, undercut and lack of fusion; feed the filler rod by hand while controlling the weld puddle; strike and hold a stable arc with a non-consumable tungsten electrode. You should have: • Steady hands and good close-up eyesight • Able to read isometric and fabrication drawings 5+ years on the tools preferred. Full-time, day shift.
