Sheet metal roofer — Allen County

Now hiring: we are hiring a sheet metal roofer in Allen County, Ohio. You will work on commercial flat-roof projects. Day-to-day duties: • Install metal flashing around chimneys and skylights • Set out battens to the correct gauge and spacing • Bed and point ridge tiles with mortar • Torch on bitumen membrane across flat roofs • Replace cracked or slipped tiles and slates • Fix clay and concrete tiles onto the battens What we are looking for: • Willing to work outdoors in all weather • Able to read roof pitch and set the falls • A good head for heights and steady balance At least 1 year(s) in a similar role. $19 per hour, negotiable for the right hands.
