Vacancy available: we are hiring a paint booth operator in Montgomery County, Indiana. The job is on an industrial coating line. What we are looking for: • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process The role involves: • Sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper • Cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time • Reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse • Mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape • Stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat • Degrease and clean metal parts before coating Full-time, day shift.
