Back-of-house cleaner wanted in Otsego County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a back-of-house cleaner in Otsego County, Michigan. The job is in a catering unit. You will keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service; empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard; scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies; help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room; wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils. You should have: • Able to stand on your feet for long shifts • Careful handling of cleaning chemicals and degreasers Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough. Full-time, day shift.
