Refrigeration technician — Buncombe County

Now hiring: we are hiring a refrigeration technician in Buncombe County, North Carolina. What we are looking for: • 2+ years hands-on experience in refrigeration and AC • Able to braze copper and silver-solder joints • Able to read wiring diagrams and pressure-temperature charts Day-to-day duties: • Trace leaks with an electronic detector and soap solution • Braze copper pipework and joints with an oxy-acetylene torch • Replace compressors, filter driers and expansion valves • Clean condenser and evaporator coils • Check superheat and subcooling and trim the charge Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough.
