Construction helper wanted in Schoolcraft County

Requirements: • Wear safety helmet, boots and gloves at all times • Willing to work outdoors in heat, dust and rain • Punctual and ready to do overtime when a pour demands it Day-to-day duties: • Mix concrete and mortar to the correct ratio, by hand or in a pan mixer • Set out levels with line and plumb under the mason's direction • Fix and strip shuttering and formwork for beams and columns • Hand tools and materials up to workers on the upper floors • Clear debris and sweep the slab before the next pour • Dig foundation trenches and pits with pick and shovel Overtime paid at a premium rate.
