Vacancy available: refrigeration service engineer (Missouri)

We are recruiting: we are hiring a refrigeration service engineer in Scott County, Missouri. The job is at a busy refrigeration workshop. Day-to-day duties: • Trace electrical circuits with a multimeter • Braze copper pipework and joints with an oxy-acetylene torch • Wire up thermostats, contactors and overload relays • Charge systems with refrigerant (R134a, R410a, R404a) to the correct weight • Clean condenser and evaporator coils • Check oil level and top up or change the compressor oil Ideal candidate: • Comfortable handling refrigerant gases and gauge manifolds • Physically fit to lift compressors and carry ladders On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
