Ideal candidate: • Able to stand for long hours on the shop floor • Good attention to detail and steady hands On a typical shift you will top up coolant, lubricant and hydraulic oil levels; clear jams and remove rejected parts from the line; segregate finished parts into bins and label the batches; report breakdowns to the maintenance fitter; set up and start the machine as per the job card; key in cycle parameters such as speed, feed rate and temperature.
