Now hiring: we are hiring a floor screeder in Zavala County, Texas. The job is at an infrastructure site. What we are looking for: • Able to read structural drawings and bar bending schedules • Sound knowledge of concrete grades, slump and curing periods The role involves carry out slump tests and cast cubes for the lab; discharge and place concrete from transit mixers and pumps into the forms; compact fresh concrete with immersion poker vibrators to clear honeycombing; set out levels with a spirit level, line and pins; cut control and expansion joints at the correct spacing; lay PCC blinding and the damp-proof membrane over the prepared subgrade. Full-time with occasional weekends. We offer $4,300 per month plus benefits. Contact us to fix an interview.
