Urgent requirement: we are hiring a beldar in Palo Alto County, Iowa. You will be based on a high-rise construction site. Ideal candidate: • Able to follow the mason's and supervisor's instructions • Willing to work outdoors in heat, dust and rain • Able to lift and carry heavy loads such as 50 kg cement bags all day The role involves bend and tie rebar with binding wire for slabs and columns; clear debris and sweep the slab before the next pour; fix and strip shuttering and formwork for beams and columns; load and unload trucks of cement, steel bar and aggregate; cure freshly laid concrete by sprinkling water for several days.
