Health and safety supervisor — Nguru

Vacancy available: we are hiring a health and safety supervisor in Nguru, Yobe State. Your main tasks: • Record accident statistics and keep the safety logbook up to date • Check PPE such as helmets, goggles, gloves and ear plugs and issue replacements • Verify lifting gear, slings, shackles and crane test certificates • Inspect scaffolding, full-body harnesses and lifelines for work at height • Investigate near-misses and incidents and file root-cause reports Ideal candidate: • Comfortable working at height and inside confined spaces • Sound knowledge of local OSH and factory act regulations • Clear spoken delivery for toolbox talks and inductions Pay around ₦65,000 per month, based on your experience.
