Great opportunity: we are hiring a fry cook in City of Alexandria, Virginia. You will work at a fast-food outlet. Requirements: • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards Day to day you will monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks; follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes; cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations; knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha; taste and adjust seasoning for consistency; check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO.
