HGV driver • Clay County, Iowa

Vacancy available: we are hiring a HGV driver in Clay County, Iowa. Day-to-day duties: • Present documents at weighbridges and check posts • Carry out daily walk-around vehicle checks before setting off • Complete delivery notes, CMR paperwork and proof-of-delivery • Check tyre pressures, engine oil, coolant and brake fluid levels • Check load weight and axle distribution against permitted limits You should have: • Good knowledge of driving-hours and tachograph rules • Current Driver CPC qualification card • Valid digital tachograph card Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough.
