Immediate opening: we are hiring a grill cook in Hancock County, Georgia. You should have: • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen • Strong knife skills and speed on the line Day to day you will plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service; follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces; monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks; label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in.
