Join our team: we are hiring a fabrication workshop technician in Bedford County, Tennessee. You will be based at a uPVC door and window showroom-cum-workshop. You should have: • Able to work to deadlines in a busy workshop • Driving licence for measure-up and site-fitting visits On the job you will handle: • Cut uPVC profiles to size on a double-mitre saw at 45 degrees • Crimp glazing beads to length and snap them into the frame • Fit espagnolette locking gear, friction hinges, handles and keeps to the sash • Fuse-weld frame and sash corners on the welding machine and check the weld seam • Check the frame for square by measuring the diagonals At least 2 year(s) in a similar role.
