Vacancy available: we are hiring a tyre fitter in Delaware County, Iowa. You will be based in a commercial truck tyre depot. Day-to-day duties: • Replace faulty valves and reset TPMS sensors • Rotate tyres front-to-rear as per the service schedule • Keep the tyre bay tidy and dispose of scrap tyres • Torque the wheel nuts to spec with a torque wrench • Vulcanize larger cuts on commercial tyres • Handle truck and bus tyres, including split-rim assemblies Requirements: • Basic record-keeping and customer-facing skills • Able to lift heavy car and truck tyres repeatedly • Valid driving licence for mobile fitting roles Full-time, day shift.
