Immediate opening: we are hiring a lift installation engineer in Malumfashi, Katsina State. You will work at a shopping mall with escalators and lifts. Ideal candidate: • Sound electrical competence in three-phase and low-voltage wiring • 2+ years on lift installation and maintenance • Good head for heights for pit and car-top work Day-to-day duties: • Fill in the service logbook and statutory inspection paperwork • Replace worn sheaves, rollers, contactors and relays • Install guide rails, brackets and counterweight frames in the hoistway • Respond to entrapment call-outs and release trapped passengers • Wire up the controller, encoder and limit switches 5+ years on the tools preferred.
