Incoming goods inspector — Mercer County

We are recruiting: we are hiring an incoming goods inspector in Mercer County, Missouri. Requirements: • Prior experience as a QC inspector in manufacturing • Strong attention to detail and accurate record-keeping • Able to stand for full shifts on the production floor The role involves check packaging, labelling and barcode accuracy before dispatch; escalate recurring defects to the line supervisor or QA engineer; operate height gauges, profile projectors and coordinate measuring tools; inspect welds, paint finish and surface defects under inspection lighting; measure finished parts with vernier callipers, micrometers and go/no-go gauges; record measurements on inspection sheets and SPC charts. 2+ years on the tools preferred.
