Paint and prep technician • Pondera County, Montana

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a paint and prep technician in Pondera County, Montana. You will be based in an automotive paint and panel workshop. Day-to-day duties: • Apply primer, base coat and clear coat with an HVLP spray gun • Check the colour match under booth lights against the maker's swatch • Wipe down panels with degreaser and a tack cloth before spraying • Apply body filler and block-sand to a smooth contour Ideal candidate: • Able to mix paint by weight on a scale • Able to read and match factory paint codes Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough.
