Car refinisher wanted in Blue Earth County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a car refinisher in Blue Earth County, Minnesota. The role involves: • Bake panels in the spray booth oven to cure the paint • Prime and seal bare metal to stop rust • Sand and feather-edge damaged panels before painting • Mask off trim, glass and rubber seals with tape and paper • Set the spray gun air pressure and fan pattern for an even finish Requirements: • Confident with wet-sanding and machine polishing • Comfortable working in a spray booth with full PPE • Able to read and match factory paint codes Full-time, day shift.
