Now hiring: we are hiring a gas commissioning technician in Doniphan County, Kansas. On the job you will handle: • Test combustion and flue gases with a flue gas analyser • Fix pipe clips, brackets and wall sleeves and sleeve pipe through walls • Set and adjust regulator outlet pressure with a gauge • Check every joint for leaks with soapy water and leak-detection spray • Fit flexible connection hoses and bayonet fittings to the appliances Ideal candidate: • Physically fit for lifting pipe, meters and cylinders • 2+ years' experience on domestic and commercial gas installations • Clean, methodical and safety-conscious Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough.
